2027/2028 උසස් පෙළ සදහා මයුරපාද මධ්ය විද්යාලයට ඇතුළත් වීමට බලාපොරොත්තු වන අයදුම්කරුවන් සඳහා සිදුකරන විශේෂ නිවේදනයයි
වෙනත් පාසල් වල සිසුන් සඳහා
මාර්ගගත ක්රමය ( Online ) මගින් අයදුම් කරන්නන් හට තමා විසින් මෙම වෙබ් අඩවියේ සම්පූර්ණ කරන ලද අයදුම්පතෙහි පිටපතක් ලැබෙනු ඇත. එසේ ලැබෙන අයදුම්පත මුද්රණය කර, තමා ඉගෙන ගත් පාසලේ විදුහල්පතිතුමා විසින් සහතික කළ යුතුය. එසේ සහතික කරන ලද අයදුම්පත සමග අදාළ සියලු සුදුසුකම් සනාථ කළ හැකි ලියකියවිලි සමග මයුරපාද මධ්ය විද්යාලය මගින් සම්මුඛ පරීක්ෂණ සදහා කැඳවනු ලබන දිනට රැගෙන ආ යුතුය.
මයුරපාද මධ්ය විද්යාලයේ සිසුන් සඳහා
මාර්ගගත ක්රමය ( Online ) මගින් අයදුම් කරන්නන් හට තමා විසින් මෙම වෙබ් අඩවියේ සම්පූර්ණ කරන ලද අයදුම්පතෙහි පිටපතක් ලැබෙනු ඇත. එසේ ලැබෙන මුද්රණය කළ අයදුම්පත පාසලට පැමිණ 11 වසර අංශ ප්රධාන ගුරුතුමාට භාර දිය යුතුයි.
2026-06-30 දක්වා අයදුම්පත් මාර්ගගත ක්රමයට (Online) භාරගනු ලැබේ.
එහි දී නීත්යානුකූලව සම්මුඛ පරීක්ෂණ සදහා කැඳවනු ලබන්නේ ඉහත සදහන් කාලය තුළ මාර්ගගත ක්රමයට (Online) අයදුම්පත් එවන ලද හා මූලික සුදුසුකම් සපුරා ඇති අයදුම්කරුවන් පමණි.

For students from other schools
Online applicants have to fill the Online Application from this web portal. Once the application filled and submitted online, applicant download a copy of filled application form by the applicant when applying. Applicants have to get this received form printed and signed by the principal of his present school. This signed application and the photocopies of relevant documents along with certificates of achievements to prove eligibility for the selection process need to be brought for the interview when it is called upon.
For students of Mayurapada Central College
Online applicants have to fill the Online Application from this web portal. Once the application filled and submitted online, applicant download a copy of filled application form by the applicant when applying. The printed application should be submitted to the Grade 11 Section Head at the school.
The interviews will be called only for the candidates who send their applications within the aforementioned time duration and also upon the fulfillment of the basic qualifications.
